The proposed allowance is pooled as agreed in your quote. Your quote confirms which phones share the pool, covered domestic destinations, extra-minute rates, phone numbers and support hours before activation. International calling and extra numbers are quoted separately.
Activation, equipment and additional work are separate from monthly service.

One-time activation includes standard remote provisioning and, when needed, up to one standard US number port per activated phone. There is no separate fee for that included standard port.
Porting eligibility is checked before activation. Additional or complex ports and on-site installation are quoted separately.

The planned monthly rate is $34.99 per active subscribed phone, with a 24-month term. The proposed calling allowance is 750 domestic minutes per phone each month, pooled as agreed in your quote. Your quote identifies the covered phones, pool membership and final calling terms.
Five active phones cost $174.95 per month and contribute 3,750 domestic minutes to the proposed monthly pool. One-time activation is $100 for five phones. Hardware, additional work, extra usage, taxes and fees are separate; new-phone service credits are applied to eligible phones.
Each subscribed phone contributes 750 domestic minutes per month to the pool agreed in your quote. For example, three phones contribute 2,250 minutes and five phones contribute 3,750. Final pool membership, destination coverage and calling rules are confirmed before activation. This is a planned allowance, subject to carrier confirmation.
Extra usage is priced separately. Your written quote will show the customer overage rate and billing terms before service is activated.
The service term is 24 months. Your quote and service agreement will explain the start date, promotional credit, and any cancellation terms before you sign.
We’ll check porting eligibility before any change. The $20 activation for each phone includes standard remote provisioning and up to one standard US telephone number port when needed. Additional or exceptional ports are priced by written quote.
